One of the biggest announcements of the 2018 New York Auto Show was that Lincoln is adding a new luxury SUV to its model lineup: the Lincoln Aviator. If you check out the video from Lincoln above, you'll notice that it has a distinct Lincoln style, but the impression of flight from which it takes its name is evident from first glance, and it comes with some of the smartest features to ever appear in a car.

What do we already know about the brand-new Lincoln Aviator?

Its design is somewhat similar to the Lincoln Navigator in that it has three rows of seats, but the Lincoln Aviator is sleeker, so it doesn’t have the same cargo capacity but it handles exceptionally well for a three-row SUV for a sporty feel. Plus, it will feature the ground-breaking Suspension Preview Technology, which uses a forward-facing camera to identify road surface issues like potholes and adjusts the suspension to deal with them, so your ride is a smooth as possible on poor road conditions.

We also know that there are a lot of firsts in the Lincoln Aviator, and that includes it being the first Lincoln model to come with a plug-in hybrid powertrain that will have drivers around Cincinnati saving money and doing less harm to the environment thanks to the all-electric drive mode. It's also ready to make keys a thing of the past as it will let you turn on, lock, and unlock the car with your phone, so there's one less thing to worry about.

The Lincoln Aviator isn’t here quite yet, but contact us by phone, email, or in person if you're interested in finding out more about it and reserving one for yourself, and while you're here we can fill you in all the other great services we have to offer!
